5.2(2.3)Identify ways of tactfully requesting others to change working arrangements to improve own productivity
There isn't necessarily a tactful way to request others change their working arrangements for you other than just asking.
If you are honest and address the situation in a calm and reasonable manner then there should be no problem from your employer.
If you don’t say anything to anyone it could jeopardize your opportunity of enjoying yourself at work. I have recently been in a similar situation where I had to ask for a file to be prepared and put into a specific folder for me, so when I come to completing a specific task, what I need is ready, meaning I wouldn't have to ask more questions or nag other people for help.
As long as you provide valid reasons and explain how much it could improve your workload and time management for your request then you and your employer should be able to work out a compromised decision, one that benefits both of you so there are no complaints in the future.
By asking it will help your productivity throughout the day, instead of sitting there drowning in work, helpless. This will also act as an aid in your time management and structure of your work.
