2.1 (1.3)

2.1(1.3)Describe how to give and receive constructive feedback
No matter how long an individual has been in a career, or how much experience they may have, constructive feedback is always a key factor in improving your performance as an employee.

For constructive feedback to be received well, it needs to be delivered in a calm and careful manner. You may criticise someone’s mistake they have made, but to help the other person you must let them know how they could improve their performance or how they can manage the situation differently next time.

Receiving feedback may be harder than giving feedback; however you should always keep in mind that it is a way to improve your performance, furthermore impress people with the job you are doing. Being able to discuss your work with others and listen to the suggestions that are made is a great way to create objectives for yourself in the future.
